Born in central Chile, Mabel's quest for spiritual wisdom led her to the mystical landscapes of Brazil and Peru, where she immersed herself in the teachings of indigenous peoples. Her connection with different ethnicities fueled her move to the enchanting city of Pucón in southern Chile, a place she fell deeply in love with.
Driven by her passion for holistic wellbeing, Mabel founded Avani Yoga Retreats, a platform where she synthesizes her profound knowledge of yoga, meditation, and shamanic practices to guide and uplift others. Her mission is to revive ancient wisdom and practices, empowering individuals to become co-creators of their reality with liberated and heart-centered consciousness.
Her extensive travels, including years spent with native tribes such as the Incas, Queros, Huicholes, and 8 years with Shipibos, have made her a master of sacred plants and medicine.
